Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Fleet-Record on WhatsApp. Fleet-Record is a service by Digital Seller (digital-seller.shop), operated by Akshay Panawlkar (proprietor). By sending YES / tapping I agree, or by paying for a plan, you accept them.

1. The service
Fleet-Record lets you add your vehicles on WhatsApp. We verify the expiry dates of their documents (insurance, fitness certificate, PUCC, permit, road tax, registration validity) from permitted sources and send you reminders before (and shortly after) those dates.
2. Reminders are an aid, not a guarantee
- Fleet-Record is an information and reminder service. It does not guarantee legal compliance and does not guarantee that you will avoid fines, challans or other penalties.
- Document data comes from you and from public sources, which can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. If a date is not available, we show it as “no data” — it does not mean the document is valid or expired.
- Reminders can be delayed or not delivered (for example, due to WhatsApp, network or phone issues).
- You remain responsible for checking your original documents and renewing them on time.
3. Your responsibilities
- Add only vehicles that you own or are authorised to manage.
- Do not misuse the service, send unlawful content, or try to access other customers' data.
- Tell us if you notice a wrong date, so we can re-check it.
4. Free trial
New customers get a free trial of 7 days for up to 3 vehicles, once per WhatsApp number. Reminders stop when the trial ends unless you choose a plan.

- Annual plans are priced at 10 months — 2 months free.
- Prices are final; no additional taxes are charged at present. Prices may change for future renewals; we will tell you before your next renewal.
- Payment is made by UPI from the payment page linked in WhatsApp. A plan starts after we confirm your payment. Renewing the same plan extends it from the end of the current period; switching to a different plan starts it immediately.
- Each plan covers the number of active vehicles shown above. New vehicle verification is done manually and may take some time.
6. Cancellation and refunds
- You can send STOP at any time to stop reminders. This does not automatically refund a paid plan.
- If you paid twice, paid the wrong amount, or your plan was not activated, tell us within 7 days of payment with the UTR. After checking, we refund the extra or un-activated amount to the same UPI account within 7 working days.
- Once a plan has been activated, the remaining period of that plan is not refundable.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Fleet-Record available, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may change or discontinue features; if we stop the service, we will refund the unused part of an active paid plan.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Fleet-Record is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including fines, penalties or loss of business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Ending the service
We may suspend or stop service to anyone who misuses it or breaks these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date below and, for important changes, inform you on WhatsApp.
